Technical Tips
Here are some informative tips to make your Canvas experience more pleasant:
1. When possible, use one of the browsers that is listed below: Canvas works best with Firefox and Chrome, although it will work with Internet Explorer and Safari, too.
2. On the left hand side (bottom corner) there is a Help button which has access to Canvas Instructor Guides and Video Tutorials. If you have a question or need assistance use the Help button.
Note: Any password changes must be done through Web Advisor Links to an external site. or the Helpdesk at 830-591-7323.
Computer and Browser:
Although Canvas runs on any computer (PC or Mac) and any browser, Canvas runs best on Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Note: All SWTJC computers have Google Chrome installed.

Please ensure that your pop-up blocker settings allow the course to open. Instructions to adjust your pop-up blocker settings are linked below.
