Intro to Gradebook

Gradebook has many features which is why it is broken up into two sections! This first section will cover grade book and the second will cover an awesome feature called SpeedGrader!

Here are a couple of things to know about Gradebook:

Gradebook View:

You can sort grade book by using the options and settings in this Area 1. Area 2 will have student data populated. Assignment data will be populated here in Area 3.

Gradebook Options

Gradebook has 3 types of options. Learning Mastery [1] assesses outcome standards being used in Canvas courses. This gradebook is a course-level feature option. Individual View [2] allows you to assess one student at a time. Gradebook History [3] logs recent grade changes in the course according to student, grader, assignment, and date.

Filter Options:

You can choose between different gradebook filters. Please keep in mind that only one filter can be selected at a time.
