The Office of the Registrar and Admissions ensures education is accessible to students by providing the opportunity to enroll at SWTJC.

The Student Services Department Links to an external site. provides various services and resources. These services are available at SWTJC campuses and via email to support student success. Some services are meant for a specific student demographic, while others are open to all SWTJC students.

Services commonly used include the Student Success Center Tutoring, Writing Center, and Writing Center Tutoring.

Other services include information on TRiO Student Support Services, TRiO Upward Bound, STEMward Bound, and Carl D. Perkins Assistance. These services include eligibility requirements.

The Student Success Center Tutoring Links to an external site. provides tutoring that is helpful to all. These services are available at all SWTJC campuses and virtually by appointment using Microsoft Teams.

The Academic Advising/Counseling Services Links to an external site. provides a Success Coaches community that welcomes first-time and returning students to SWTJC. The Success Coaches will assist students in achieving their educational goals by walking them through the process. This service is provided at Crystal City, Eagle Pass, Del Rio, and Uvalde campuses.

The Disability Support Services (DSS) provides services that ensure all students have equal access to quality education. DSS strives to help a student with a disability to fully participate in college life.
